If your bust is larger than a 40D I am sure you have a hard time finding a sports bra that is comfortable and functional at your favorite retailer. Over the years manufacturers have started to sale to accommodate customers who want workout style at a variety of prices.
Enell Sport $64
This sports bra fits a variety of sizes and stylish colors. The design keeps your bosom from bouncing, offers great support and is comfortable because of the wide straps and front closure (easy on/off). It’s form and function that allows you to feel comfortable in a variety of aerobic classes with no concerns of bosom spillage.
JcPenny Glamorise No-Bounce Cami Wireless Unlined Sports Bra $39
This cami style feels more modern and pretty with the colorful trim and no print design but does the job in the selection of sizes available. It’s a great bra if you want a design that has no cleavage and instead is a style that you can wear with workout shorts/pants. It has a three prong back closure and more traditional bra straps.
Lane Bryant High-Impact Sport Bra by Amoena $70
There is a reason Lane Bryant has been the go to shop for plus sized women. Example one is the sleek workout bra by Amoena. It’s functional and sexy with wide straps necessary for those looking for high impact workout but stylish with contrasting colors and low plunging back. It is available in black/gray, contrast threading and necessary support with a wide band and back closure with four prongs.
What’s your favorite high-impact workout bra? Leave a comment with the manufacturer, store and link for those who are also searching.

JustFab & Betches are giving sassy fashion friends a great valentines gift with their newest collaboration. It’s the fourth time they’ve created a capsule collection for women of all sizes who want style with surprising details.
They have looks for any mood in the season must have color Rose Gold <scream>. I am simply mad over the jacket (yes I’m repeating myself but DAMN it’ cute) and the origami slip on tennis shoes in gray are my new summer neutral to wear on casual weekend outings The satchel has the perfect amount of metallic sheen to go from office to drinks with my friends <sigh> but I just can’t help daydream about the silver tassle loafer they bring me back to my Catholic School Girl days but all we had was Navy, Black & Burgandy! I want to buy these & the olive bag and team them up with a cute modern plaid skirt, white blouse and sweater for a little schoolgirl style!
I’d love to wear the camouflage jacket with a pair of white jeans & t-shirt and those black boots when I’m feeling like a bad ass feminist. The soft with tough would be perfect for a casual day at work, running errands or just protesting injustice! and YES I’d
grab the rose gold satchel cause this is how THIS woman likes to dress!

I’m so excited that I will be able to attend the final day of the Paley Center Fall TV Preview!
I’m beside myself that I was able to swing a ticket to the sold out writers of the Mindy Project Panel (Hulu) and want to have my style game on POINT!
I mean who doesn’t love Mindy’s fashion on the series? It’s always brightly colored, body conscious AND shows off her quirky personality. Normally TV series don’t influence my style but Mindy’s brown (like me) and curvy (like me but on a smaller scale). Of course I’m talking about Salvador Perez, a celebrated costume designer who’s worked with the casts of Castle, Moonlight, Veronica Mars and Pitch Perfect.
The mix of texture and color that he uses on her curvy body has allowed me to imagine wearing outfits like that but on a less expensive scale! Since I’m attending the final night of the 2016 Fall TV Preview am torn between a couple of dresses and outfits to mix and match. I’m coming straight from work so can’t wear anything TOO zany but would love for my fangirl/fanboy nation to suggest what I should wear to impress Mindy and the rest of the panel. Of course my FAVORITE is the girly bubble gum pink suit! The first time I saw this outfit I gasped I wanted it soo bad!

Tie Waist Skirt Citronelle
Ah well enough Mindy Project Fashion Porn. Now for my outfits! I’m torn between wearing white blouse (like a jacket) with either the polka dot dress or one of the skirts with a t-shirt. Am I Mindy Project worthy??? Leave a comment below about what I should wear tomorrow and your favorite Mindy Style! ……

I didn’t realize that I would want a Marvel’s Captain America: Civil War t-shirt or sweatshirt after seeing the movie but Araca Group is reading my mind with this great selection that will be so convenient after seeing the film! I do love easy impulse buys and the Limited Edition ‘Live Event’ Marvel’s items at select stores has my geek collector senses tingling (did you see the Spiderman reference spidey senses) with commemorative ticket and tour t-shirt. The popups will be available at select retail locations in movie theaters in the continental US selling eleven limited-time products of the ‘Battle Begins’ collections.
I’m already drooling over the limited addition ticket but the artwork will be unique to the popups available 88 locations across North America. Hmm I wonder if my friend up in Canada will want me to pick something up! I know he loves Marvel and the choices between t-shirts, sweatshirts and hats with a custom design for the release of the movie will be popular for any fan even if your more team Scarlet Witch. I hope that the designs include some of my favorite characters that aren’t getting all the merch love they deserve! Check out thebattlebeginsmerchandise.com for specific locations to get your geek fashion on and don’t hesitate since I’m sure certain designs will fly onto our bodies.
“We aim to expand the movie going experience by bringing fans unexpected products in a unique shopping experience” said Michael Rego, Chief Executive Officer of The Araca Group. “We are thrilled to offer fans limited-time Marvel’s Captain America: Civil War merchandise for the ultimate live-event experience.”
The Pop-Up Retail Locations will open May 6th in theater lobbies for a limited time, so don’t wait to get your Marvel’s Captain America: Civil War products before they are gone.
I’m not sure what I’d like to buy since the selection appeals to my Captain America AND Iron Man side! Arghh I hate to choose only two <guffaw>. I’ve already chosen Team Captain but will have to check on my friends on their choices! What do you want to grab? I want the t-shirt! Leave a comment below…

I think fashion is art and you can have a first glimpse of the upcoming The First Monday in May with Facebook Live Q&A with Facebook LIVE Q&A with Andrew Bolton and Anna Winter.
If you were not able to watch the talk live on Facebook I have the link for the talk about the creation of The Metropolitan Museum of Art’s most attended fashion exhibition in history, “China: Through The Looking Glass,” an exploration of Chinese-inspired Western fashions by Costume Institute curator Andrew Bolton. With unprecedented access, filmmaker Andrew Rossi captures the collision of high fashion and celebrity at the Met Gala, one of the biggest global fashion events chaired every year by Vogue editor in chief Anna Wintour. Featuring a cast of renowned artists in many fields (including filmmaker Wong Kar Wai and fashion designers Karl Lagerfeld, Jean Paul Gaultier and John Galliano) as well as a host of contemporary pop icons like Rihanna, the movie dives into the debate about whether fashion should be viewed as art.

“Star Trek is an iconic pop culture phenomena whose storylines pushed gender and racial boundaries. For its 50th anniversary, we celebrate each of Star Trek’s powerful women in a transcending, transformational makeup collection.” – James Gager, M∙A∙C Senior Vice President/Group Creative Director
You know I had to rep my beloved Spock aka Leonard
Nimoy with the announcement of the latest Geek MAC Collection!
I’m so excited that part of the 50th anniversary is new makeup line celebrating Star Trek and the Prime Directive. Any Trekkie worth their salt is salivating over the collection that embraces all Star Trek from the Uhura to Seven of Nine (Borg) and all the beauty in between of all colors. I’m of course talking about the Orion Slave Girl (the green chick) in the original series who popped up in the movie sassy, funny and sexy as hell!
The 25 piece collection includes lipstick, lipglass, pressed pigment eyeshadow and studio nail lacquer that will incorporate the Star Fleet insignia and 50th (time passes so quick with my geek love Star Trek). This exclusive collection will be available September 2016 but if your attending San Diego Comic Con or are in the area they will have an EXCLUSIVE PRESALE M∙A∙C Gaslamp, Thursday, July 21st (while supplies last). This will be one hot collection for makeup and geek fans so it will be beam off the shelf (tee tee a little Star Trek humor) and displayed! I know I’ll be in line to pick up a set and will be on the lookout for my own sexy cosplay Spock guy to test out my new lipglass dressed as Uhura (the original or new movies .. tough choice). Will you buy one set or all 25 pieces? Leave a note below and tell me which one you plan to choose!

I was invited to attend the Kimora Lee Simmons Spring 2016 Preview on Saturday in Beverly Hills. It was my first time at the boutique and was enraptured with the blend of sexy tough fashion all made in NYC. This year Spring is all about Black, White, Silver (metallic) and Cobalt Blue with a body conscious fit that will caress a woman’s curves.
Miyoki Tote is $1,500
The leather mini Miyoki Tote comes in Red and Dresden Blue is $995. The Nero Black is leather and pony skin for $1,200. The Italian leather and curve of the design holds all of your essential items while fitting perfectly in your hands. If (like me) you want a larger bag to carry an iPad or laptop I recommend you consider the full size Miyoki Tote (see above) that comes in Warm Grey, Blush Pink, Dresden Blue and Nero Black for $1,500. You can sling it over your shoulder with the handles, wear across your body with the detachable strap or grasp in your hands. The bags are well crafted and able to withstand a busy life of running to work, being tossed in the car and meeting with clients. Style and function in one package. I love the clean lines and that the bags are not overtly logo’d. Instead the design simply stand out on their own and draws attention to the leather and style that reminds me of origami and hexagons.
The manager of KLS Beverly Hills personalized the dress with great heels and bracelet.
Three fashion Blogger Babes were chosen to personalize three items from the 2016 Spring line. I loved how each woman represented their personal style but I was drawn to the rock & roll look she sported. I suppose it’s because of my love of Stevie Nicks! The only thing missing was one of the delicious leather biker jackets!
As I perused the store I fell in love with the Leather Biker Jackets that are available in Metallic Silver, Black, White and White with Black Sleeve. I had NO idea my wardrobe was missing a Biker Jacket! The details are what really made me fell in love from the zipper on the sleeve so that you can change the length to the fit that’s feminine but still biker tough <sigh> I’d make one sexy Hell’s Angel in this on a Harley! Thank you Kimora for filling my Biker Fantasy void <tee hee>!
I enjoyed the options for work, play and dating but am focusing on professional style. The wool pinstripe pants with sheer blouses are perfect for New York, Los Angeles and anywhere in between. The gunmetal buttons are timeless and can be worn forever! The lines won’t go out of style and as you look for items to update your wardrobe for Spring 2016 KLS has the items to mix and match for any style. It’s for the woman who wants to LOOK like a woman but still demands to be treated equally.
