Spread the love

I remember seeing Mary Poppins on TV (not the movies I’m not that old) and I liked it alot.  I’ve always been a fan of Dick Van Dyke since he has such delightful childlike wonder.  So I’m very curious seeing the new film Saving Mr. Banks since I’d never thought about the book or the person who wrote it.  I read the book as a kid but the movie has always been at the forefront of my memory.  I didn’t even realize it was a woman who wrote it but must admit I never thought of it one way or another it was just one of the many books I read as a bookworm that went through my school library with ferocious intent.  I’d like to see the film on the lot with the special tour but sadly it’s all sold out!  Darned Disney fanatics!
